P.O’B. Montgomery & Co. Acquires The Shops of Uptown, Park Ridge, Illinois 


Dallas, TX:  Dallas based P.O’B. Montgomery & Company in a joint venture with Long Wharf Real Estate Partners announces that it has acquired The Shops of Uptown located at 190 North Northwest Highway and 510-608 West Touhy, Park Ridge, Illinois.  The Shops at Uptown is a mixed-use community development around a European-style plaza, with luxury row homes and townhouses adjacent to luxury condominiums and loft situated above upscale first floor retail space.  The Shops of Uptown consists of 70,422 square feet of first floor retail space of a mixed use, urban development.   

The property is anchored by Trader Joe’s with other nationally recognizable tenants such as Scottrade, Jos. A. Bank Clothiers, Chicos, Lenscrafters, Jason’s Deli, and Noodles, as well as other shop tenants.    The property is 89% occupied.
