Benchmark Opportunity Partners, LLC Announces the Sale of The Shops of Uptown, Park Ridge, Illinois  


Dallas, TX:  Dallas based Benchmark Opportunity Partners, LLC announces the sale of The Shops of Uptown in Park Ridge, Illinois on February 25, 2014.  The property was acquired in late 2011 with an occupancy at that time of 89%.  Through lease up and re-tenanting occupancy increased to 96.5%, while the income stream was strengthened due to certain lease modifications and annualized base rent increased by 8.90%.  

Charles Schwab leased space formerly occupied by Amphora, a local furniture retailer and new leases for first generation space were entered into with Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt and Belle & Beau, a children’s boutique.
